Rummage for Rescue!

Spring brings so many things. New flowers bloom, the sun shines, and RUMMAGE SALES appear!

The next few weeks give you plenty of opportunity to satisfy your yard sale madness, and help area rescues raise money. So box up some of your treasures to donate, or save your pennies for that next great find. This is also a great way to bring along friends who might not usually donate to rescue. Bring them along, make your shopping trip a chance to educate someone in your life about the needs of local shelters / rescues for funds, volunteers and foster homes.

SCRC ACCEPTING RUMMAGE SALE DONATIONS Second Chance Rescue Center is now accepting rummage sale donations for annual rummage sale fund raiser until APRIL 23rd. Our Rummage Sale will take place during the KINGSWOOD RUMMAGE Beginning Wednesday April 23rd, at a home on Theodore Ave in the Kingswood neighborhood We are NOT accepting adult clothing. We are also NOT accepting old printers or computers. Please call Millennium Recycling Inc 336-1744 for environmentally appropriate means of disposal. This rummage sale is to raise funds to keep our doors open. Please pre-sort donations. For more information, call 362-1722 and ask for Tanya.

SF Humane Society Tip O The Tail Rummage Sale Also in the Kingswood Area at 2305 S. Valley View Rd. They will be available April 24th, 25th and 26th. Along with a variety of household goods, clothing, baby items, dvd's and more, they will be selling SFAHS Sports Wear. Remember buying items that showcase your favorite rescues help them advertise every where you go.

Box it up for Boxers! They will be conducting a multi family rummage sale for a fundraiser in early June (date has not yet been finalized). Donations of rummage items can be made in advance by emailing sdboxerrescue@gmail.com. The rummage sale is held on Main Street in Vermillion. SD Boxer Rescue is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible.

Help Almost Home Stamp Out Cruelty! Almost Home Rescue is raising funds by having a rubber stamp and scrapbooking sale. May 3rd 9am - 1pm at the Madison Armory120 N. Van Eps Ave Intersection of N Van Eps and NW 1stMadison, SD
