At Dog Days of Summer - Rally to Rescue! Happening this Saturday, August 9th from 10 am to 5 pm at the Sioux Falls Pet Smart location, this is a great opportunity to learn more about rescues and shelters serving south east South Dakota and the surrounding area. If you've been looking to add a new pet to your family, and not sure where to start this multi breed event is just the place. Meet with volunteers, learn more about each breed and it's specific needs, find out what is just right for you.

If you have been looking for ways to help pets in our area you will be able to do that as well. Both SD Boxer Rescue ; trying to save Dodger from heartworm, and Luv A Chin Rescue; trying to save puppy mill survivor Dexter, are facing large, immediate medical costs. Almost Home Rescue of Madison, SD is currently raising funds for a new shelter facility. Donations can be made for these causes in person on Saturday!

Rescues on site will also have adoption, foster, and volunteer applications for interested families. Make your family complete, stop out at Rally to Rescue and meet your new best friend!
